पुस्तक का विवरण : सब से पहले हम अपनी माता का दूध पीकर जीवित रहते हैं। जब हम कुछ बड़े हो जाते हैं तो हम धरती-माता का दिया हुआ अन्न और गो-माता का दिया हुआ दूध उपयोग में लाते हैं। इन्हीं से हमारा शरीर पुष्ठ होता है । इन्हीं की कृपा से हम जीवित रहते हैं । हमारी अपनी माता तो हमें डेढ़-दो वर्ष तक ही अपने दूध से पाल सकती है । उसके पश्चात्‌ तो सारी आयु पर्यन्त हमारा जीवन घरती-माता और गौ-माता की कृपा से ही चलता है……….

Jab ham kuchh bade ho jate hain to ham dharati-Mata ka diya huya ann aur go-mata ka diya huya doodh upayog mein late hain. Inheen se hamara shareer pushth hota hai . Inheen ki krpa se ham jeevit rahate hain . Hamari Apani mata to hamen dedh-do varsh tak hee apane doodh se paal sakati hai .
