भारत का संविधान (पूर्ण पाठ) पुस्तक का कुछ अंश : प्रत्येक व्यक्ति जो इस भाग के पूर्ववर्ती उपबन्धों में से किसी के अधीन भारत का नागरिक है या समझा जाता है, ऐसी विधि के उपबन्धों के अधीन रहते हुए, जो संसद्‌ द्वारा निर्मित की जाये, भारत का वैसा नागरिक बना रहेगा । ११. इस भाग के पूर्ववर्ती उपबन्धों में की कोई बात नागरिकता के अर्जन और समाप्ति के तथा नागरिकता से सम्बद्ध अन्य सब विषयों के बारे में उपबन्ध बनाने की संसद्‌ की शक्ति का अल्पी- करण नहीं करेगी……….
