अनुवाद-विज्ञान पुस्तक का कुछ अंश : ‘अनुवाद’ शब्द सम्बन्ध ‘वद’ धातु से है’ जिसका अर्थ होता है ‘बोलना’ या ‘कहना’ | ‘वद’ धातु में प्रत्यय लगने के बाद शब्द बनता है, और फिर उसमे ‘पीछे’ बाद में अनुवर्तिता आदि अर्थो में प्रयुक्त अनु उपसंगेजुड़ने के ‘अनुवाद’ शब्द निष्पन्न होता है | अनुवाद का मूल अर्थ है ‘पुनःकथन’ या किसी के कहने के बाद कहना……….
